Volunteering a day for vets
Eric gave vets from Project Healing Waters a wonderful day this last week as organized by Peter Pauwels of Camp Bullwheel.. Eric's generosity and professionalism impressed this gang that now wants Shores exclusively. Camp Bullwheel at Varney Bridge hosts disabled sportsmen and their companions to a week of all things Montana, float fishing the Madison at the forefront. Eric Knows Where The Fish Are!
We fished with Eric this summer on the Madison. While conditions leading up to us arriving had been challenging, Eric took us off the beaten path where other guides hadn't though of going. We had an amazing day! In addition to putting us on great fishing, Eric was awesome to hang with. I highly recommend him (and his wife Ann)!

Captain fun, fish genius
My wife and I were treated to 5 wonderful days of fishing with Eric and Annie on the famed upper Madison river recently, And really must share with all of you the kinds of days we had..Eric was very knowledgeable about what flies and where to fish them. Each day produced at least 8-10 rainbows and Browns well over 20 inches, and even when we were hopeful to catch fish on dries, Eric accommodated us ... more at every turn in the river by setting up both wet and dry rigs so we could have the highest chance for success. Easy going, local knowledge is what you can expect when you fish with Eric; oh and be sure to have him show you his famous belly roll maneuver...kept us in stitches!

One of the best guides I have ever used
Fished with Eric for 4 days and had the best experience on the Madison River. I have been fishing for over 30 years and no guide I have ever used comes close to the experience, technical teaching, and fun that Eric shown. I can not wait for my trip next year.
